TurkMed-Kartal Dialysis Center was
founded in 1997 in Istanbul by Dr Basri YILMAZ and has been providing without interrupted service
since then.
The second centre of the group was opened in Sultanbeyli, the neighbouring
district of Sabiha Gokcen Airport on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in 2002.
In addition to
hemodialysis, TurkMed dialysis centres also offer Online HDF and long dialysis treatments. Our water
purification systems are Double RO system. We use ultra pure water for Hemodialysis and HDF
treatments to our patients.
TurkMed Dialysis clinics are open whole year ‘ six days in a
week and between 07.30-21.30 in every day. TurkMed has 65 dialysis machine in two centres, our
machines are HD and HDF machines. We are using Fresenius Plus and BBraun Dialog Plus machines.
We get international patients from a variety of countries such as Germany, Holland, the
United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. We also accept Hep B and hepatitis C positive patients.
We
have two dialysis physician in every dialysis centre and they are present in the centres during the
treatments. In addition, we have a nephrologist in our every dialysis centre, they also routinely
arrange treatments monthly and provide consultation for our patients at any time.
